After years of remote work, the charming colleagues at Vetsource and their partner organizations were finally able to gather in-person again for the Gallery Walk, part of their embark 2023 festivities. It was such a pleasure to see the smiles on their faces, the warm reunions and signs of the commitment to each other that they'd carried through such a trying period.
Over the years, I've learned that that trust is a huge part of what makes events, and organizations, successful. Nobody can do it alone and it takes the combined talents of a diverse group to innovate — in Vetsource's case, towards a brighter future for pet healthcare.
Human Centric Media works very hard to document that joy and camaraderie — it's the engine that drives us all forward and keeps our hearts fed.
Businesses need money, to be sure, but any businessperson worth their spit knows it's the relationships that truly matter. No one likes patronizing a business that makes them feel bad, small or anything but deeply valued. That regard is what builds loyalty, strong brands and long-term success.
You can tell how hard the Vetsource team has worked to bring that affable nature to the embark gathering, and to the backbone of 21st century pet care.
