Videogames are wonderful. If you told our ancestors that one day, magical boxes would exist in our homes that could transport us to immersive, faraway worlds, they would flip their shit.
We take magic like this for granted all the time.
Videogames are also very good at connecting people, a fact that’s often missed. That fact rang true during this senior portrait session with Liam Forrester.
Liam’s a gamer through and through and wore his Nintendo 64 t-shirt to prove it. Throughout our time together at the Next Level Pinball Shop & Museum in Hillsboro, Oregon, we talked about our favorite games, installing homebrew software on the Nintendo DS, whether VR would take off, and more.
When Human Centric Media produces a set of senior portraits, we don’t want to just take the soon-to-be-graduate, lean them against a tree and call it a day. We want the photos to reflect their unique personality, interests and style.
You only get to make senior portraits one time, afterall, it should be special.
The results with Liam are colorful and vibrant, packed with energy and light, a special reminder of this time in his life that he and his family can look back on for years to come.
It’s the connection that makes the photos good, every time.
