It's never been easier to let everyone know exactly where you stand.
And whether you're for-profit, nonprofit or publicly funded (hang in there public employees!) there is nothing more important to your longstanding success than expressing that clarity. Early and often.
We prove it in our relationships. The strategic narratives that Human Centric Media crafts showcase these connections in their brightest, most charming light .. but its the human hearts that give the images life.
It's what shines in this showcase of PointNorth's work with Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue.
During our visit to Station 21 in Ridgefield, Washington, Chief John Nohr showed us around and introduced us to the dedicated firefighters and paramedics who (for the better part of each week) call the station home.
PointNorth's Lauren Garetto and Samantha Codi Walker are working with the department to inform the surrounding community about some of its more innovative initiatives. This includes a CARES acute co-response team trained to support neighbors who are experiencing behavioral or social health crises, deescalating situations with space and care.
While sitting in the back of an ambulance, I asked one of the paramedics what it's like *emotionally* to see people in such dire situations, over and over again. "It's not really about me," they said, explaining all the training, both mental and physical, that goes into serving patients in-need.
Community is about how we show up. And right now, our community needs us. We were glad to partner with PointNorth to showcase a homegrown win and a group of professionals trying to better care for their neighbors.
